We're in the salad days of the year and the start of our business. We have properties in the desert that are long-term and short-term rentals. In our newest property, Dwight changed out all the electrical switch plates which made a tremendous difference. Scott re-worked the plumbing under the sink and they both installed the new dishwasher and refrigerator. Now we feel that we can make these kinds of updates for others.
